    赵 刚 教授(博导)- 简介

    个人简介:

    赵刚,四川大学化学工程学院制药与生物工程系教授、博士生导师。1980年和1987年曾分别就读于四川大学化学系和兰州大学化学系,1999年在香港中文大学获博士学位。1987年至1996年在四川大学任教。1999年赴法国在法国国家科学研究中心从事博士后研究。2000年任美国俄亥俄州立大学研究员助理。2003年起在世界500强企业之一的日东电工集团生物制药部任技术总监。

赵 刚 教授(博导) -- 研究工作

研究方向及主要成就:

多年来一直致力于有机合成、有机合成方法学、药用高分子材料等领域的研究工作,近年来在不对称有机合成、核糖核酸和脱氧核糖核酸的合成、金属有机化学、配位化学、晶体学、生物学等领域也有重要的研究成果,曾在《nature》、《j. am. chem. soc.》、《chemistry & biology》、《molecular microbiology》、《chem. eur. j.》、《organic letters》、《organometallics》等上发表论文近百篇,引用次数超过1000次。并申请美国、欧洲专利六十项。

作为主要参加者在《nature》杂志、作为共同第一作者在《chemistry & biology》杂志上发表了关于新型氨基酸吡咯赖氨酸的全合成与生物活性研究的文章,这两篇文章被国际著名杂志和媒体广泛报道。被誉为解决了近半个多世纪以来遗传基因编码中的一个难题并扩展了遗传基因编码的规则。作为项目技术负责人承担了加州大学重大科研项目和抗肿瘤药物重大国际合作项目。2011年到四川大学从事制药工程领域的研究与开发工作。主要从事抗肿瘤药物的设计、合成、不对称催化、手性识别、纳米运载体系和生物活性等领域的研究。
